Re-kindling you relationship with someone who has broken up with you can be incredibly difficult to succeed in. You will have been dumped with your partner either because they are not sure how they feel about you or they no longer feel anything at all.

If you send them multiple text messages within the space of a few hours you will look desperate and silly. Imagine if your ex didn’t check their phone for a few hours only to come back to it and find several desperate messages from you.
Just one text is adequate; this is enough for them to respond to you if they want to. There is the option of calling your ex on a withheld number to check if their phone is working or not if they have not come back to you in a few days.
Obviously you don’t want to be sending your messages to a black hole. If your ex’s phone does ring yet they still don’t answer your messages after a week or so then it’s maybe time to take a hint.
Unfortunately not all relationships can be mended, and sooner or later it may be time to accept that. If your ex does not get in contact with you at all, then it is probably time to give it up and move on.
